We have a range of Burgers, which include organic lamb & beef burgers from Lord Newboroughs “Rhug Estate” in North Wales. Welsh
black beef burgers made to a championship winning recipe and our famous “Sweet Lamb”
minted lamb burgers
as well as a tasty veggie burger. This trailer also serves a great bacon & egg breakfast
roll.
Sausage Feast.
Just good prize winning sausages including Cumberland, Pork & Apple, Venison & Red Wine & Our Special Low Fat & Low Salt Children’s Sausage & Hot Dogs with onions.
Baked Potatoes
Jacket Potatoes with a range of vegetarian & savoury fillings.
Roast Carvery
Serving British Pork & Beef, with Apple sauce, Stuffing & Mustard & horseradish.
Traditional Fish & Chips
Battered Cod, Crumbed Scampi, Jumbo sausage, Chicken Dippers, Chicken burgers
All served with nice chips.

Powys County Council inspects all our units annually, with certification of Gas & Electrical appliances. £10 million public Liability insurance, Full Risk Assessment, & HACCP.
Our Staff uniformed & trained to either Basic or Intermediate Food Handling.
